Do you offer onboarding or training for teams?
Yes. Ketrone offers a 2 month follow-up period for onboarding and training workshops to ensure seamless integration to help your team adapt and master the platform effectively.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you'll only be charged the new rate going forward.
What's the difference between Core, Plus, Pro, and Investigator?
Core covers essential AI-powered legal tools including the AI Assistant, document drafting, Microsoft integrations, and secure Vault Storage. Plus adds the Microsoft Word Add-In and legal playbooks. Pro unlocks unlimited workspaces and vaults, shared workspaces, Vault Search, and legal database access. Investigator includes everything in Pro plus a dedicated investigation tool with workflows and case management.
What pricing is available for law firms with 50+ users or enterprises?
For firms with 50+ users and enterprise organizations, we offer custom volume pricing with dedicated onboarding and support. Contact our sales team or book a demo to receive a tailored quote.
What does the starter team plan include compared to Individual?
Both Individual and Small Firm (up to 10 users) plans offer the same package tiers — Core, Plus, Pro, and Investigator. The same pricing plan will be billed per month per user.
